Financial Information

Our primary mission is to provide the finest and most comprehensive periodontal and implant services available today. We are concerned about your oral health and want to assure you that treatment is performed in the most responsible manner. To assist you with the investment in your oral health, we have outlined our payment policy.

Our initial examination fee is payable at the time of your visit, and can be paid by cash, check, MasterCard or Visa. If radiographs or other diagnostic procedures are necessary, additional fees may apply. We will gladly submit to your insurance carrier so you may collect any reimbursement.

Once we have established your treatment plan, we will provide a summary of your estimated fees for treatment, as well as any insurance benefits. Our goal is to help you reach a clear understanding of the recommended treatment and its costs.

Your estimated portion of fees for treatment is payable at the time of service. Payment options include cash, check, MasterCard or Visa, and American Express. Outside financing through Care Credit is also available for those who prefer a long term payment plan.
